After explaining the steps. the writer confirmed that everything is clear. yesterday said she will deliver the work in few hours at last didn't do it and asked to reassign at last moment.

Very poorly written. A article was provided for the research paper and writer added an additional article that had nothing to do with the topic. The paper was hard to follow. There was also citation issues.
