Cleo did such a standup job with my paper. When I got it back, I found one tiny error. She had corrected it within about 3 minutes. Now, that is what I call service! You guys are first class all the way. The work you do is outstanding. I can't imagine what I would have done if you had not been able to help me. Thanks so much.

I placed an order and the assigned writer did not follow the instructions. I asked for my money back and they told me that they could only return 25% of the total amount. I paid for an order that was not completed correctly, I wasted my time and also my money.

it's so hard to reach her, she just got the order, do it, upload it, then offline, have no communication whatsoever, and the quality is not even high, i can say that she does not care at all!!!
