Writer told he/she can do all work as per request, however he/she did not do job properly. I asked to everything in Minitab, work was done excel. Writer not commit on deadline

The deadline had passed on the paper. I do understand that emergency situations can come up and I am not holding that against the writer, but once I received the paper it was realized that instructions had not been followed. I gave instructions at the beginning with an upload and asked if there were any questions about the request. The paper was received all at one time. Maybe if I was reviewing in parts communication could have been given sooner about the request not being honored.

he is a great writer as far as communicating with me on a regular basis and able to provide revisions no matter what. Unfortunately at the end of another revision he wrote the essay using outside sources when in the order i asked speicifically for him to use the readings i had provided. He was willing to re-due it but unfortunately the deadline for the paper has passed. Hopefully we can try again writer

I escalated the poor quality of the paper to the "Support Team". I received an email that I can cancel the order and the released payments should be compensated.
