Writer did not start paper until the night it was due and asked for an extension. At the new due time they sent a message stating they could not complete and ask to reassign to another writer. The reasoning behind this did not make sense to me and seemed a bit off.

We need to include a section on ‘limitations of the study’. You may include any observed difficulties (response rate, sample size etc. if relevant). Specifically, you can talk about the researcher’s approach towards data analyses (% values) over factorial exploration of survey responses. Making connections between various sections of the report is critical. This writer doesn't communicate throughout the writing process. I had to contact the help center to get in touch with this writer. I wanted the paper two days before the actual due date so I could review and but she didn't reply my message and she uploaded the paper 4 hours before the deadline. I was so worried that I would not receive the paper on time. I gave her 1 week and four days to write 5 pages. she put me in very anxious feeling.
