I requested a paper with no outside research aside from what was uploaded. She included outside research and did not change it even after I informed her and waited 7 hours for it to be changed.

Fair but it seems like the writer didn't care to respond to my messages until I text her twice and she waits until the deadline and doesn't follow instructions at all
