The website itself isn't user-friendly and doesn't contain all the tabs I personally look for when I visit similar websites. The price doesn't justify the quality too.

I didn't noticed that you don't have writers who are native English speakers. I received a paper with a low quality. I could write a similar.

It a good thing that you have a price calculator and I calculated the price of my paper, but I don't like that this price was a little bit high. What's more the quality of this paper may be better.

They did not send it on time. I haven't even known that the delay was possible. NO information was received or discussed. To be honest, it wasn't even worth the wait.
