Unprofessional and non-responsible writer. He/She missed 2 pages and did not follow the instructions. I paid for that so-called "VIP-support" and I received nothing special. You just lost a customer.

I think I need someone else to proofread the paper before submitting it. There are several sentences in which I have trouble understanding what point you are making. Also, you have to be more specific. I hope my feedback will help you to become more professional.

I will never understand why people decide to spend more time on the outers than on the inners.
