Even though the work was finished, the writer did not mark it as complete. I wasn’t able to make the last part of the payment because of it. Therefore I couldn’t download the document. I contacted client support and they did a great job communicating with me. Unfortunately they couldn’t get in contact with the writer. I ended up doing the assignment myself.

The paper needed to be an explication of 15 consecutive lines. I downloaded pages from the book and I provided the assignment directions sheet. It was very clear. What I got was a summary of the play, not an explication.

he didn't meet the deadline and not answering my messages , he doesn't respect the customer time he is very late and still didn't submit anything or even replying the messages

After many instances of telling writing what to change, I just got fed up. Did not have a thesis, not college material, and did not preview any work until day before my paper was due. Definitely will not use again.
