I gave a 5/10 because the writer wrote something. I had big difficulties communicating to the writer the instructions. I sent crystal clear instructions but the writer wouldn’t get what he had to do.

I figure out from his work that he has a lack of the knowledge of the subject which is not as mentioned in his Bio. I did the whole work again.

Didn't read the order!!!! When a message was sent to see how the work was going was brushed off. She corrected the order within a few hours. Which wouldn't have been needed if it was done right the first time.

I had very bad experience with this writer. He did not do the case study the way I told. I uploaded another case study done by another writer from essay shark but he did not do it that way. I was messaged him so many times to know that will he fix the problem or not and he did not for hours. So then I had to contact support. Very unprofessional writer who does not care about your money and time.

Good start, but lacking story in your analysis. Such problems should always start with a goal question. It becomes easy to analyze the problem then onwards by tying a story around product, position, price p.o.v.
