Writer did not follow instruction - there is no calculation mentioned as to why he derived to the decisions when answering the question.

it's so hard to reach her, she just got the order, do it, upload it, then offline, have no communication whatsoever, and the quality is not even high, i can say that she does not care at all!!!

The writer never responded to me nor did he/she get the order done or ever attemp to start it. Very disapointed. I gave he/she a three day notice.
