he didn't do the work as i was expecting, i didn't see any add value that i was wishing to receive. however he was very responsive and flexible to change which is something good

The writer has no experience in writing in the medical field. the content was not clear. I asked for correction and she did but again the problem was she doesn't understand what she writes. I didn't use it for sure.

I have to be honest, even though the writers creative capabilities are outstanding. He had many errors when following instructions. those provided in order details and those by messages. I gave the writer 5 out of 10 because he did correct the essay multiple times during the re-write but it was frustrating because when he corrected one aspect he missed something else.
