I am not satisfied with the content (didn't understand/follow instructions) and the writing skills of the writer as there are some grammatical errors and some sentences are too long and don't make sense to me. Also, some of the details don't match with my profile even though I had given all the details about myself.

I gave very clear and thorough directions and was ignored. I asked for revisions and they were all lacking what I asked for. I definitely would choose a different writer given the opportunity especially at the price I paid for this unimpressive work. I specifically pointed out errors in the citations and this writer could not find them. I took a screenshot, sent it with the citation circled and she still did not correct it. I asked for this for several days and she just asked me to upload the copy that she had already submitted.
