Writing needs a LOT of improvement. Used addition and additionally at least 3 times in every single paragraph. Did not correctly research the material that was being written about. Grammar mistakes galore. It took me 3 hours to fix this paper. I gave up on this writer correcting mistakes, because he took a day to do it, and it still wasn't right.

The writer made some progress with the work, sent a draft but it was not what was requested he focused on law rather then history, there were several content errors such as stating that the US has achieved equality. And that Irish law and Cannon law were the same. The structer was ok and he seemed to be willing to make improvements but he stopped communicating and missed the dead like. The level of english and spelling was poor also. I would like the funds i released returned to me as this is fraud.
