I received a draft first, upon receiving the draft I realised the assignment would not be completed to the standard that I wanted it done. I asked customer service to provide me with a specific requested writer. I was instructed to give this writer another chance, which I did. The work has come back not up to the standard that i've wanted it. If the work was essay format it would have been perfect, however this piece of work was a powerpoint presentation and had very different requirements. The brief was not followed how it should have been.
