I don't think the writer knows the calculations as the IRR has to be a percentage but he put a number, even the answers were solid numbers without any used formula.

His work was not great at all.. he did not follow the prompt one bit and the writing was awful.  On that note, there was much plagiarism.

After asking for a revision because of misspelling and lack of APA citation, the writer corrected some mistakes. The wording of the essay did not flow right. I am disappointed.

The writer was very busy. He said that he will finish it on time, but he didn't. Also, he didn't understand the requirements.
