the due date for the paper is due after 28 min and he still did not respond. i asked him to fix the paper and he said he will work on it but I still hear nothing from him. I could not reach him for long time and the status of his chat is online but he did not answer. i am really frustrated

She has revised my paper twice and has gotten it wrong both time. Also she has not communicated with me as i've requested another revision. I don't need my paper to be late.

Didn't understand directions, had to revise several times to correct, and a day late. I will not be using this work, I ended up writing the paper myself.

Very unprofessional writing, I can see that he just wants to get it done as soon as possible. I asked him to focus on the risk part at the beginning and repeatedly emphasized it, and he spent 70% of the space on the completely useless part. And refused to modify, claiming that he will be punished by the company if it exceeds the space. In fact, he can delete those completely useless pages and focus on what I need. Very polite and rejected what I needed. No respect ！
