Disappointed, poor communication between the writer and myself. I asked the writer to revised 2 things and they informed me that they were working on it, just to ignore me and never get back to me with the revised work. After 2 hours of waiting past my due time and speaking to support I decided to cancel the second half of the paper. Truly disappointed.
