The paper I needed was not up to my expectation. It lacked details and technical specification which I required. I believe enegineering research papers are not his area expertise and hence the difficulty in fulfilling the requirements of the paper. The write is cooperative, and has decent skills to write non technical papers

I gave specific instructions and highlighted what is required for the assignment. I refused to go line per line correcting an assignment and then pay for it . The questions for section one and two were not answered even after I pointed this out. There is plagiarism and I pointed this out and attached screen shots. I don't feel comfortable and I can't risk my grade. Simply put instructions not followed and trust me I won't be using this paper.

Yes, I expected a better grade than what I received; especially for the amount of money I spent on the paper. Some of it was off topic, especially, for me to provide the authors name for the book I was using.
