The writer made many mistakes. The interviewer was a man and it keeps saying she for starters. Many grammar mistakes, did not address questions that needed to be answered. Also, he/she said Social Work is her/his major, clearly, it is not. English is not her/his first language!

Was not able to fix it in time, the addition he made were so off topic, initially i thought it was good material but there was not enough relevant substance to be paid 40$

I write it very clear in instruction that doing chapter 3 note. But the writer did 3 chapters notes. If he is not sure about the instructions he should ask me!!
