The directions were easy and worded perfect for the writer to understand. i received a paper that did not satisfy the directions AT ALL. The bad thing is that it was only a 1 PAGE PAPER! I messaged the writer within 3 hours of the deadline to revise and do it correctly and it's now 1 hour past due time and still no reply! WIll never use writer again!

The writer was asking me questions that did not have anything to do with them (as to why I was not giving my writers a 10/10 on every paper). That has nothing to do with the writer at all so I would rather work with someone else.

Overall, I'm really pleased with the standard of the work. The response and support were very good, especially in the case of the editor who realized just how important this work was, a nice personal touch.
