The instructions in the attached document were not followed at all. The paper was completely off topic from what was assigned and the paper was written at a high school level.

More than 24 hours late. Waited to the last minute to review instructions, then asked for clarification the same day paper was due. Then asked for an ext, I could only give him 5 hours or so because the assignment was due, it didn't matter because it wasn't done till 5am next morning.  I rated a 5 because the paper was not bad.
