I did not get what I asked for. The writer did not follow the requirements. And I got only part of the request. waste of time waiting for the paper and it is under University level.

I gave specific instructions and highlighted what is required for the assignment. I refused to go line per line correcting an assignment and then pay for it . The questions for section one and two were not answered even after I pointed this out. There is plagiarism and I pointed this out and attached screen shots. I don't feel comfortable and I can't risk my grade. Simply put instructions not followed and trust me I won't be using this paper.
