This writer has great reviews and that's why I picked her. However, she said my HR question was her 'Major', yet she didn't answer the question. At all. She simply repeated the previous question I sent her and threw in citations without answering the question. She's really good about 'beating around the bush' sort of say. I'm completely disappointed and will not be using her again. She offered to have me let her know what was wrong, but too late. Human Resources is clearly not her major.
