I wasn't sure if I need to write this review but I was shocked by the attitude of a girl from the support. She was so rude to me and didn't even hear what I was saying, I just had a small problem with terms.

I can't say that it was a great experience because the writer is okay but didn't follow some requirements and their support team is just horrible, a girl that I was talking with couldn't answer even for one question.
