He canceled this project last minute when i gave him more than enough time to complete this project. This is just beyond wrong and puts the customer in a panic mode. This is the worst service and communication that i have ever received.

Actually, the paper is not that good. It seems not wrote by a native speaker. However, the writer is willing to alter the paper with a good attitude.

My "additional instructions" is not even important. Regardless of my "additional instructions", the paper is totally useless and need revision. It doesn't meet my original requirement at all. The paper is more like a summary of my material but not answering my questions which I asked for. Your customer service is ridiculous and make no sense. I'm so disappointed.
