I've asked for a refund but now you're making excuses. Your customer satisfaction refund promise on the website obviously means nothing. Customer service is poor.

It was ridiculously expensive and incredibly misleading. Your customer service pretended like they didn't want to help. It was rude and insulting. Very unhelpful, and a total waste of my time.

I am sure your writer deserves good feedback, but what I received was only 70/100. It was delivered in last minute and I didn't have enough time to read the final draft. It`s a pity, maybe I could correct mistakes.
