Asked for editing with tough time standard.  Editing was not complete and paper was not complete. Instructions were not followed.

Overall did a good job but didn't understand my clear instructions on oral citations. Understandably, he had to revise it a couple times so it was completed 2hrs past due date. Was a great help but I will still need to revise it myself.
