The writing was terrible. A lot of copying and pasting. Incoherent. The promised refund was not given despite clearly explaining what was wrong. They eventually stopped responding to emails. It has now been 4 months. Also not sure where they get the high rating on their website from because I was not given the option to rate them. Reviews on the website must be approved by admin before being posted.

Grammatical errors and sloppy English at times but oh well.

On time, mediocre paper. 2% paraphrasing, used Dickson instead of Dickinson which is weird and the wrong title for the poem. Didn't ask for a revision, think it'll just be easier for me to do it myself. Thanks though.

Although all of my simple instructions were met, the quality of the assignment was poor. A lot of grammar errors that I had to go back and fix.
