I did and due to confusion and the site had changed since I last ordered I had not submitted my requirements correctly so he did the paper incorrect and wouldn't fix. It is fine at this point I don't want to use him. He had bid and used wording that made me assume he had read the instructions!

Left extra long deadline, Still ended up turning into last minute attempt and it showed. Did not really cover criteria of project scope.
