all contents in PPT, the writer seems no idea about how to make a PPT file.

When the paper was submitted to turnitin.com it receive 57% similarity report. I verified one website in which the material was quoted verbatim...about 1000 words. For me that is unacceptable. They were willing to repair the paper but at that point I didn't trust them to do that.

The writer fails to look at attachments at initial stages of assignment and waits until the due date to contact customer! Paper not completed

Even though the work was finished, the writer did not mark it as complete. I wasn’t able to make the last part of the payment because of it. Therefore I couldn’t download the document. I contacted client support and they did a great job communicating with me. Unfortunately they couldn’t get in contact with the writer. I ended up doing the assignment myself.
