Website usability
The website was arranged by tabs that included things such as contact information, the company’s policies, guarantees, FAQ and so forth. It was a fairly straight forward website that had average navigation capabilities. It could have been easier to understand, but after clicking on this link and that link, we were able to find our way around. The design of the site was not the best.
Pricing
Pricing varies, according to what the customer needs. It starts at $19.99 per page if enough notice is given and it isn’t a particularly high level of difficulty. It can go up to $52.99 for a rush order, though, which is very high considering the company’s weak guarantees. They do offer a discount for first time users that runs between 25%.
Customer Support
Customer support is weak. They have several different ways to get in touch. The online chat interface is probably the best, but even that is sketchy. The phone number provided is hit or miss. Sometimes they answer and sometimes they don’t. When they do, they do not always have the answers that their customers need. We had to wait on hold for 13 minutes while one customer service representative had to ask her supervisor for the answer to a relatively simple question. This was annoying. 13 minutes is a long time to be on hold. They get back with you via email, but often, it is long after the information is needed. Email is probably the most reliable way to get service from this company, but it takes a long time, too.
Writing quality
The quality of the writing was good in some parts, but was so bad in others that it invalidated the parts that were done correctly. There were many different types of grammar errors and the writer tended to repeat points, making what was written redundant at times. The APA formatting was executed correctly, but the problem was that we ordered MLA formatting. We did not get the impression that these writers were on the ball at all.
Order processing peculiarities
- Free revisions, but limited
- Limited guarantees
- Dubious experience with regard to writers.
- Limited payment options
Total
Nondescript website. Writers who were not very good. Poor editing. Reasonable prices for standard order, but outrageously high prices for rush orders. Some guarantees, but weak ones. No protection mentioned for the customer’s identity and confidentiality. Limited number of payment options. They only take PayPal and one other payment method. Customer service was of very poor quality. They need to train their reps.
