Website Usability
The website interface is not customer-friendly. We had difficult time searching essential information due to an overload of links. We found it unusual that the Price tab was nowhere to be found on the main page of the site, as this would assist customers to determine their pricings and therefore decided to pursue an order or not. The structure of their order form is quite disappointing; some clients even ask assistance from operators in filing their orders.
Pricing
Various components such as deadline, kind of writing assignment, level of difficulty and number of pages affect the price. However, we find it odd that the academic level of an order does not affect the cost of it. They do not have a clear discount policy.
Customer Support
Their customer support is represented by telephone numbers, live chat rooms, email and direct messages via the client’s panel. It says they can be reached 24/7. Operator in live chat caters to all questions. But on times that the demand is high, your chat request may not be accommodated. Our direct messages got no response even after 24 hours of contacting the writer. Their customer support is misleading customers. Telephone assistance was not helpful as we were addressed amateurishly. Though we had no choice since it was our last resort, the response we got from the writer was not only delayed, but did not cover our concerns.
Writing quality
Our paper had been completed ahead of our agreed deadline. The essay was delivered via customer’s personal panel. The writer did not manage to deliver a high quality 2-page High school essay. The topic was not properly tackled and the grammar was poor. Some sentences were difficult to understand. We requested for a revision and another writer was tasked to do it. Though the revised version was delivered within the allotted timeframe, the English was improper and our instructions were not correctly followed as well.
Order processing peculiarities

In our experience, their service is quite unprofessional. Queries are usually entertained a day later and there is no coherent customer support system. The quality of their writing does not match the given price.
