Website usability
This website has all of the necessary information on it, but it is not easy to find, and when one does find it, it is difficult to understand. It could have been organized much better than it is organized.
Pricing
This service charges $21.99 a page for a paper that has no bells or whistles. You have to give them 10 days notice to get that price. Rush orders are very expensive, up to $43.99, per page. They do have a discount program that offers from %5-15 off, depending on how many pages are ordered, but there are a lot of hoops to jump through. It is not a straight forward discount.
Quality
The paper ordered was not delivered within the designated time frame. Since the company does not offer a guarantee that they will deliver on time, they had nothing to lose by delivering late, but we had everything to lose. The writing quality was average, and certainly not high enough to warrant the prices charged. Certain sections were simply copied from the Internet and pasted in, but they do not guarantee against plagiarism, so they can get away with that, we suppose.
Customer Support
Customer support was difficult to access. The agents seemed only partially informed in ways that can actually help their customers. We were annoyed by the amount of time it took to actually hook up with their customer service. Their chat interface didn’t work very well. They didn’t answer their phone and email took forever before they responded. We would say that overall, their customer support service needs a complete overhaul.

Essayontime.com needs to work on their customer support options. Their agents are ill-informed and non-responsive, for the most part. The prices charged seem very high considering the lack of guarantees offered. There were many grammatical errors and formatting errors in our paper. We asked for MLA style formatting but received a poorly executed version of APA style. This writing service did not seem concerned with the deadline that we gave them. Then, when we went back and tried to find their policy on this, we discovered that they do not offer a money back guarantee if they are late. Some professors don’t even accept late papers at all, so this was very bad. This is not a writing service that we would recommend.
