The tabs with proper description can be easily clicked that leads you to the individual pages of the different services the website has, FAQ section, pricing system, discount policies, and the order form. Free assistance is given to those who want to determine the price of your potential order and the schedule of your desired writer.

Prices are dependent on several factors. The combination of academic level of the writing assignment, length of order, word count of the essay, turnaround time and level of difficulty of the order determines the final price of your order. A 1-page Undergraduate academic paper that has 275 words to be delivered in 14 days has a price tag of $25. A Master’s level essay with the same word count but has a grace period of 7 days before the deadline can be bought cheaper at $36. Customer Support
Supposedly customer support runs 24/7 but when we tried to call them, nobody bothered to answer the phone. Telephone communication is not possible with this website.
We thought the live chat feature was a better option but it turned out not. Our chat request was granted. But customer representative we talked to was not able to help us at all. He lacked adequate politeness and professionalism. It was a very unacceptable experience.
What you get from e-mail notifications are purely generic updates mostly about the website. Little information is provided about your order.

Writing Quality
The website takes on writing assignments on all academic levels, namely undergraduate, graduate and post graduate papers. However, we are concerned on the quality of writing they give to the paper. We noticed spelling and grammar mistakes, and incoherent sentence structures. The plagiarism report says ‘clean’ but that does not guarantee that our paper is 100% free from traces of piracy.
Order processing time
They state that only 7-10 minutes are needed to fill out the order form. In our case, it took much more time. It is possible to pay the orders thorugh the SWREG and Paypal.We had no problems with payment.

Considering the price we paid for the order, we deserved a better paper. That is one reason why we did not like this website at all. Customer support feature is complete waste of time, as all options seemed futile. The customer representatives are impolite and lack professionalism. The writers better upgrade their skill set. The paper they delivered to us lacks high quality, something they promised from the very beginning.
