Essay has minor grammar mistakes (missing commas and 1 diction mistake). Headings were missing. The writer gave a good summary of the article, but the assignment lacked analysis and personal thought, which is 2/3 or the essay grade.

While the writer was very prompt in writing an essay in less than 2 days, the quality of the paper was really poor. Grammatical and structural errors, repeated use of ideas and poor word choice. I even critiqued and asked for revisions in multiple places, giving proper reasoning and guidelines to fix them, to which the writer agreed but was not able to deliver on any of the promises. I would recommend to check out other writers if you're wanting a college level or higher paper.Really disappointed with the poor standard.

All I can say after receiving my assignment: many mistakes and inconsistent arguments. I think your writers aren't professional native speakers. And I hope you will change your attitude to your customers.
