Initially, there was so confusion of what was expected of the writer. I sent clear instructions as well as a template. The writer submitted the paper I sent to him as the finalized paper. After contacting him the writer was able to rectify the issue and send a finalized paper.

This is one of the worst quality assessments I have seen. There is no chicago referencing. No reference to the word hope. No reference to church documents. Please redo immediately. This is a high school level at best. I am not sure how anyone could use this as a masters level. The outline was particularly clear and it was not used at all. All references and readings were also uploaded.

the writer doesn't have even basic knowledge about chemistry. Produced very low quality paper. and even doesn't have common sense. I pin pointed what not to do and what needs to be changed and even the constructive explanations of why that is wrong. but the writer repeats the errors and is not creative as well. wasted so much of my time. worst writer ever.
