Writing-Services.org is one of the dozens of writing websites with a standard interface and a standard menu toolbar. The main page is similar to many other websites and does not have any unique features.
Customer support
The website claims to provide 24/7 customer support, and customers expect that they will be able to contact support representatives quickly. Moreover, the website claims that all papers pass a complex plagiarism check, and unlimited revisions are provided, until customers are satisfied with the final paper. This, however, means that customers are not always pleased with their works, and unlimited revisions may also mean wasted time and money. We placed an order with Writing-Services.org and tried to call the support, but nobody answered our call. The line was either silent or busy. The chat was offline, so we sent an e-mail message but received a reply only 36 hours later – too late for such a service.
Pricing
The cost of the final product depends on the number of pages, academic level, and deadline. $17.31 per page is the cost of a High School non-urgent paper. The company writes Ph.D papers only when they are due in 24 hours and more. The cost of such paper is $37.79 per page. College level papers completed in 48 hours cost $28.86. There is 15% discount for the first-time customers.
Quality
We decided to place a 3-page order with Writing-Services.org. The first version of the paper was simply horrible, with a plenty of grammatical mistakes and plenty of plagiarized sentences. We had a feeling that a paper had been written by a second-grade second-language learner. We asked for a revision, but the moment the revised paper had to be delivered the writer informed us that he/ she could not deliver the paper due to technical problems. We never received anything except for a 60% refund.

Overall, the website could be more consumer-oriented and supportive with customers. It is extremely disappointing that customers cannot reach the support on time. The company could also provide a better discount policy. Most importantly, the company should review the professionalism of its writing staff.
