He did not read my prompt at all, nor did he try to follow my instructions. I asked him to revise, and it took him almost 24 hours to give it to me and it was still not following instructions! I did not use his writings at all because my paper past the due date.

I don't think the writer knows the calculations as the IRR has to be a percentage but he put a number, even the answers were solid numbers without any used formula.

I sent her the instructions to help with the editing and she disregarded it. The paper as good but was not what i asked for. They promise revisions but I can't even chat with her about it without having to pay her another 25$ and I had JUST PAID her 115$

Writer is hard to reach and is someone who will not compromise for the paper in which you are requesting. My advice, choose someone else.

The work was mediocre. Many grammatical errors and poor ideas. However, the writer did try to fix the paper.
