Writer did not follow the guideline requested for paper. He or She wrote in biography format and the instrustions clearly stated that the paper could not be written in that type of format. I asked for a revision and got basically the same paper and no response back from writer.

The writer told me he was working on my project when I asked for updates..he then asked for an extended deadline because he needed to nap. I gave an extension and he replied back saying he couldn't complete the work. This resulted in missing my deadline.
