Absolutely awful turnaround! The paper was over 12 hours late! The writer only responded when urged by the support team, and not only was the writer resistant, the support team lacked the ability to engage the problem effectively! Very disappointed

Writer was heading towards the wrong direction. Wasted an entire day on it. Do not see the point in wasting even more time when the writer clearly does not understand the fundamentals of writing a literature review. Very disappointed.

I ordered 13 pages but only has 7 pages and other 6 pages are endnote, also, there are many same endnotes used for many times. It's not worth it. So disappointed.
