The writer did not address the instructions of work. Although revisions were made, they still did not follow the feedback provided/ instructions in original order.

The content of the paper was fine, however the grammar was sub par at best. I asked the writer to ensure that the grammar was checked in the beginning so that I would not run into issues. I will admit that the paper was free of plagiarism

Meeting academic needs is important. But, from my perspective, it is also about devising the best possible solution and making a valuable contribution through knowledge gained from a range of sources.
