The writer did not do what I asked for. I asked to do a process improvement not to explain what is the process improvement. I dont ask for definition I ask to implement a process.

I found 5 to 6 errors in spelling, overall the writing itself is good.

Very poor writing as the writer is just repeating him/herself in the majority of the sentences. I don't understand why would he/she be the top 10 writers. Very disappointed.
