Very dissatisfied and frustrated with this writer. Even though my paper was completed with the required pages, the format was wrong, didn't follow instructions (in my opinion), I have to extended my deadline twice and countless of emails to the support personnel. Another, thing the lack of communication was a big problem (offline all the time). For these reasons I would not recommend this writer for big projects, she/he might be good with something small. Sorry! I will probably receive a bad review, but at this point I don't care because I have to fix my paper.
