The writer self is responsible and replies messages in time, and makes the revision very quickly. But the quality of the paper can't be flattered. The writer can not understand the instruction after many times explanations, and still not have the capacity of delivering the perfect paper.

Writer needs to be able to meet deadlines that were agreed upon when asked multiple times if it could be done, she assured it would be done before the deadline, and she went past it by 40 minutes.
