Poorly written material. Difficult getting a revision and hard for writer to grasp instructions. Work I can not use and senseless to continue to ask someone to revise.

Too many typos. Some run-on sentences and sentence fragments found. Recommendation part was not logical at all. definitely substandard. Had to put more than 30 minutes to revive the paper.
