The person "expert" said they would not be a able to finish on time. Also, i just noticed this is unprofessional undergrad work, that took 20 dollars and does not say how it can be refunded since they she did absolutely nothing and had one whole day. just wasted my time even more with this bogus lack of service. Would never recommend to anyone in any field at any level. and I expect my money to be returned because i did not receive a service at all.

for speech draft, have a lot of same or similar sentences. and the draft is too short, can't support me to finish the presentation, I need to add more words by myself and almost past due!!!

Unsatisfied . Got the author of one of the books wrong which makes me doubt everything. Not only that it did not follow the instructions what i requested till i pointed them about 4 different times.
