he was helpful but not enough knowledge about my papers

This writer writes extremely well. However, he is unable to follow directions and provide a paper with all of the requirements necessary in a timely fashion. He had 2 weeks to complete 4 book reviews and I provided him with a specific format that I needed the reviews in and he was unable to provide all of the information I requested. His writing style is good, but timeliness, communication skills, and ability to follow directions are lacking. I am disappointed.

My essay got straight to the point of the topic and outlined the subject completely. This was the kind of paper that my professors loved. Thank you so much!

I knew that you guys were producing great essays, because I had turned to you for help many times. However, until my sister mentioned that she had used your services for her poetry class, I had had no idea that you had employed such creative writers! I started my own work (poetry) too late before the deadline, so I called on you. The poems you composed for me were just stunning! Thank you so much! I am lost for words to say how great you guys are. You have the very best custom writing service that can be ever found! I have no doubts about that. The quality of my poems is exquisite!

He is very unprofessional

He hijacked my paper till last minute and I was one min away from submitting my essay when he released the paper. Did not follow the instructions at all, did not add any citations I asked him to do and I had terrible experience with him. Then when I persuaded him to release the paper, he tried to sweet talk me into giving him 10 starts.

I am not satisfied with the content (didn't understand/follow instructions) and the writing skills of the writer as there are some grammatical errors and some sentences are too long and don't make sense to me. Also, some of the details don't match with my profile even though I had given all the details about myself.
