Quick turn around which was great, but punctuation was used incorrectly I had to do a lot of editing. Grammar was also poor.

She didn't follow instructions. When i tried to tell her to revise it .. she refused saying "that's how she would charge it." She even told me to get a new writer. She did not implement anything I told her to. She didn't even use the attached files I provided her with. I'm a longtime customer and I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS!

I paid for 2 pages. Not a page and a half. The second question, both sentences are the same. Innocent people will accept plea bargain? People who are not guilty will plead guilty? That is the same thing.

Very bad, Not listening to my comments, missing reference, and very descriptive which was clearly instructed in the essay instruction not be. Although I have messaged her a few times about what needs to be done and correction, however the outcome is the same.
