He is not finished all the essay. Just write part of it. Then I didn’t recognize that he didn’t finished the essay.

This is not a PhD level and I believe that the writer did not take this order seriously.

More than 24 hours late. Waited to the last minute to review instructions, then asked for clarification the same day paper was due. Then asked for an ext, I could only give him 5 hours or so because the assignment was due, it didn't matter because it wasn't done till 5am next morning.  I rated a 5 because the paper was not bad.
