I asked the writer to use one source, only one source and gave him the source as well and told him to only use that one source. He/she instead went on and used whatever source they wanted...

Writer passed the deadline and  responded to my chats many hours later and then stopped responding. I was not aware how was the work progressing.

the due date for the paper is due after 28 min and he still did not respond. i asked him to fix the paper and he said he will work on it but I still hear nothing from him. I could not reach him for long time and the status of his chat is online but he did not answer. i am really frustrated
